I have my state of residence on AMCAS listed as Ohio - born there, graduated from HS there, attend college there. receive instate tuition still..(still have 1 more year of college)

however parents moved right before college to Louisana. im claimed as a dependent on taxes. my DL is from louisana but I can easily change that if needed. not registered to vote. they pay federal income tax to Louisana.

Am I ok to keep it as ohio?? I just did it cause i receive in state tuition there but at that point my parents were still living in ohio. if i have to change to lousiana, will changing it on my amcas put me at the bottom of the pile as if i just submitted my secondary?
