Monthly stipend for Navy

Hello!
Recently, I've noticed that my monthly stipend for the navy got increased.
My ADT was in April 1st, and the stipend is still high.
Is something changed?

You get paid late In the military (I.e. your paycheck now is for time back in April).

Also ADTs are 45 days long so you will get 3 “higher” paychecks.

Anytime you get overpaid, this Willl be deducted from future paychecks.
