Doest it even exist for dentists? I hear some people speaking about it, but what does it mean?

Basically it means having two jobs, a primary and a secondary job. For instance, my job as a dentist in the army would be considered the primary job and if I chose to work on the weekends in a private practice then that would be considered moonlighting. Some other examples would be if you were in an AEGD/GPR or residency and worked on the side to make some extra money.
