Are Neurology residents allowed to moonlight in a psych er?

I have a friend who is making amazing pocket money moonlighting in his psych program as a PGY2.

Are there any special moonlighting opportunities available other than ER's if we are licensed?

I do not know anything about moonlighting opportunities. Any information is welcomed. Thank you.

Hi again-

Let me ask this question differently- I got married last May and want to have kids. One of the reason's to delay this is being a PGY2 in Neuro and the other is finances.

I am curious if it routine for Neuro residents to moonlight?
Is it an unrealistic expectation?
Earning even a little more would be help a lot.

Anyone have kids as a Neuro resident on a resident's salary ?
