Moonlighting residency?

Is moonlighting in neuro residency something that happens frequently? I am curious what kind of positions a resident could find that they would be competent to handle?

Residents in my program routinely moonlight during the PGY3 and PGY4 years. We typically moonlight on cardiology, internal medicine, and MICU services at our two academic hospitals.

I am curious how many neuro residents are able/have time to moonlight?

Anyone working at some urgent care as PGY3 and 4? How much do they pay?
