Moonlighting?

So, here's a topic which I haven't seen been discussed for combined IM/Peds before. What are your guys opinions on moonlighting? Which programs allow it, and what kind of opportunities do you have within your program? Is it a good idea to moonlight for experience or is it usually done just to make extra cash?
