I am an endo resident looking to moonlight in a general practice doing root canals. Many of my co-residents do this already, one Saturday per month for example. What is a fair deal in terms of payment, etc. for somebody in my situation? I know 35% is a fair shake for a GP, but I have heard 50% for somebody only doing endo. Any thoughts?

Not from a personal experience obviously, but I heard* 50% is fair. The office's overhead form endo is almost nonexistent. I would ask in Dentaltown though.
