I'm almost ashamed to admit it, but that's actually kinda funny...I like it!

You might want to change "neurosurgery" to "neurology," though...'specially since Medicare quit paying for consults.

Great idea but I would add pathology

I think that with such a terrible pathology job market some unemployed pathologists may end up pushing mops.
