Is this another group looking to make money off the top of radiation oncologists? Or am I being cynical? Why is this better than just working for the hospital directly? I'm sure their services aren't free. The same job is also listed by the employer directly in another posting..

This "staffing company's" website is notably missing any identifying information... like, for example, who works for this group.. Is this reflective of the job market and those trying to take advantage? Just seems odd

Definitely sounds like a contracting firm from my first glance over. Definitely likely to be more achievable in a crappy job market setting.

It looks like it's a group of rad oncs (or a rad onc) looking to capitalize off of other rad oncs...

ABOUT
Southern Rad Onc was founded by a group of Physicians who wanted to provide Radiation Staffing services for the Southeast Region. The company has recently gained traction as many Physicians appreciate the idea of having flexibility to work on their own schedule. At the same time, reasonable contracts with clinics and hospitals allow the same flexibility meanwhile providing quality patient care at an affordable cost.

Sounds like the Carrollton job is maybe this one? Weird that there is both a middleman and a direct job posting...

Looks like a single rad onc there currently. And the ad states "Treating 40-50 patients per day". Hmm...

Yes, very weird. And the cryptic nature of the "Southern Rad onc" website with no names listed.. seems shady
