More nervous about today?

Ok guys (and girls.) I don't know if I am the only one, but at this point I am more nervous about 2 hours from now than I am for Thursday. I just want to open that email this morning and it say "Congratulations you matched in Emergency Medicine."
Also does anyone know when the programs find out who matched there. Do they have to wait until Thursday or do they find out the names today?

not really sure what to think. I did rank an IM program last so that could be where I ended up. I thought the email was going to tell me what I matched in but not where.
