more rejection letters before september?

Do you guys think that the schools will be sending out a lot of rejection letters before september since many students apply really early? i can't believe that schools are sending out rejection letters already!!! I already submitted ( may 29th), although my application is not finished yet because I havent taken DAT yet.

I was just thinking that schools will be sending out rejection letters really fast right now to reduce the big pile of application. I am not implying that we should all apply late, this is just a thought. What do you all think?

I don't know what the schools are going to do but I think there are two major reasons it is to my advantage to be an early applicant. First, traditionally DS recieve fewer applications earlier in the cycle and it makes it easier to stand out. And second, if I am unfortunate enough to get several rejection letters this early, I have more time to apply to additional schools and still not be too late in the cycle.

Also, I applied to more than one school knowing I'd be getting rejected somewhere. I'm sure you did too so don't sweat it. It's part of the game.😀
