We all should. Insurers pay more so patients pay more. Middlemen skim more. And doctors get paid less. We wouldn’t even be having a conversation about OON billing legislation and executive orders if it weren’t for these national companies. They are a bigger threat to your livelihood than socialism or CRNAs.

American Anesthesiology was the name of the anesthesia division of Mednax. NAPA acquired that entire division. Mednax itself still exists.
