So I am doing my morning rounds at 5 am in the moring.it gives me a head start in the day
Only problem is that the nurses is writing complains letters to the hospital manger, I am really thinking about transferring my pt's to a neighboring hospital?

Any of u had this kind of problems before? What is the best way to deal with it ?

I was told in Australia, in no uncertain terms, that I was not to pre-round at 0500/0530, that the patients need their rest.

If the cultural doesn't accept the concept of pre-rounds, the nursing staff will likely resist it and anyone who tries to attempt it.

And p.s south africa don't do pre med we go to medical school straight after high school
