If you're implying that what FA is trying to say is that the most common metastasis to bone in MEN is prostate, and what Goljan is trying to say is that the most common metastasis to bone in WOMEN is breast, then you'd have a point...except that's not what either of them say. They say the most common to bone, period.
I suppose if 60% of all bone metastasis is breast then that would be the most common.

It doesn't matter which is more common. In an actual patient this argument is moot. If it's a man, the mets are probably from prostate cancer. If it's a woman, they are probably from breast cancer. You will never be asked a question on the topic that doesn't tell you the sex of the patient.
