please list to your knowledge, with proof if possible, the most expensive medical school that you know off.. in terms of tuition for non-residents, undergrad medicine

I doubt that there a more expensive school out there than RCSI, but then again, I could be wrong, especially as we haven't decided on a reference currency.

At current exchange rates, the 36,600 Euro equals 44,523 in US dollars.
 
University of Colorado, Out of State = $71,473.
(I'd imagine no one from out of state goes though.)

I was under the impression that this was for the first year only, as you'd become a resident after that and only have to pay resident tuition. And, I suspect that there are at least a couple out-of-staters attending the school, despite that cost.
