Which of those would you say is the most impressive to the eyes of an AdCom member, in your opinion?

Depends on the ADCOM.

Do they get a lot of their grant money from NIH?
Is the med school affiliated with Mass Gen, or did the ADCOM train there?
Does the ADCOM travel or do missionary work?
Are they orthopaedic surgeons?
