I thought combank was probably more difficult, and conquest less difficult then the comlex. Combank has a lot of wtf highly specific low yield questions, while I felt comquest was for the most part more straight forward. I think combank would be better for the wtf questions that are on the comlex while comquest is a better overall qbank. Both interfaces and ability to manipulate test types (ex doing only missed questions or reviewing only marked questions) are way behind uworld. I would say overall for any DO student out there, neither of these banks should be done instead of uworld, only with or after you have completed uworld. It was one of my main sources, and there were soooo many questions I would have missed on comlex without it. The other banks do not come close in there explanations, it is kind of depressing. I have said it on another thread, but if I would have just done comlex specific questions for comlex I would have been shredded to pieces by the 3rd block.

The order I would do Qbanks is usmlerx then uworld, then comquest, then combank if there is any time left.

This is excellent advice. I agree 100% (took both tests about 2 weeks ago).

I only used Comquest and the real COMLEX was significantly harder than Comquest. I did not use Combank.

I recall reading on the 2013 COMLEX Level 1 thread that one is better for question style, while the other is better for content. Is that more or less true?

Comquest for question style/test setup.

Esoteric Combank questions for the actual questions they ask.

I did all of comquest and about 65% of combank and my biggest regret was not doing uworld. After taking the exam, I felt there were a lot of questions that you needed to clinically reason your way through which is why I think uworld would have been a great resource.

I felt comquest didn't really require that much thinking and was more facts that you either knew or didn't. I thought comquest was much easier than combank, and much easier then what I saw on my exam.

If I had to do it all again I would absolutely have done uworld and probably all of combank instead of finishing comquest first.
