Most Significant Research Essay Question

Hi all,

I was wondering if it was appropriate to include a few sentences about my gap year plans in my research essay? I won a scholarship to do research abroad, but I am not sure where the best place to mention this is. The way I have my research essay written is that I talk about how my past research experiences have led me to this pursue this new project that I'll be doing during my gap year.

Most secondaries will ask for this information, but I think it would be fine to put a sentence or two in your primary.
