Hey guys im looking for some good PAT techniques you guys found useful.

Iv heard of the Hill technique but not sure what it is exactly. If people could post some famous techniques they know of and explain it that would be awesome!

Maybe someone can do a quick summary of Ross' techniques? Those are probably the most well-known.
