Motivation issues as a pre-med

Hey guys I was just wondering what everyone does to keep themselves motivated while pushing through the crap load of work as pre-meds. There are days where I have no motivation left to study and question my abilities constantly. Just wanted to know if this is normal, and how you manage this.

keep life in perspective, and have a balanced life. don't get tunnel vision in that all you do is study study study. spend time with friends, family, find hobbies, etc. just in general have fun with your life, everyone is gonna die one day anyway, don't take life so seriously

Thanks for the advice guys and you both made valid points, I guess it's all on the individual, that's what gets nerve wracking at times.
