I normally highlight key words when doing UWorld questions. At the test, I'm assuming that I won't be able to go and change the mouse settings, will I? I prefer a fairly high sensitivity, with mouse acceleration OFF. Anything else will cause me to misclick and mishighlight and waste time...

overthinking this.

For sure. Anyway, when arriving at the test site, do you have access to the control panel and mouse properties, or is there a website or program already loaded that restricts access into other parts of the computer?

Weirdest thread ever.

You get there, the proctor takes you to your PC and starts the program for you. You do not ever have access to anything other than the software used to deliver your test.

Good luck! 👍

the step software is already loaded and you have no access to any part of the OS gui.

im sure it varies but at my center the mouse sens was ridiculously low. im a professional gamer and it took a few mins to get adjusted to the cursor speed. it was like testing in molasses
