I'm moving at the end of the month since I found a place w/ much cheaper rent than my current place. However, I'm also in the midst of submitting secondaries and really hope to be done with them by the end of this week / at least by next week. I already know my new address and although the new apartment is currently empty, I could have someone check the mail there for me starting next week. With the secondaries I'm working on right now, should I change the address from the one I had on my AMCAS application (current address til end of August) to my new address? Or should I just submit with my current address since it matches my AMCAS app, and then send an e-mail to change the address later once my AMCAS address change occurs? I know I need to officially change my AMCAS app address, but I'm just trying to figure out when to do that.

my wife and i are about to move as well. good question. don't wanna lose anything in transit. that would suck.

I am set to move in September. I would like to hear opinions on this as well.

You should let AMCAS know about your address change first and then they will update your AMCAS application for you. As well you should let the schools that you have received correspondence (secondaries) from already about your address change too.
