Moving out of state

I was wondering has anyone that has moved out of state to attend optometry school been married with children? If so how has it worked? Has it put alot of stress on the family moving and everything? I am 21 been married for 3 years and have a 3 year old son. I am applying for fall 2006 and am just curious to see how it has worked out for other people.
