Technology MP3 Playback Speed Control

Hi,

I have recorded lectures and I would like to be able to control the playback speed. Maybe even jump back thirty seconds on one click. Is there any software that could give me this type of control?

Windows Media Player can play at 1.4x and 2.0x but I would like to play at say 1.8x some times. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Enounce.com may have a product for you called 2XAV. It works for .rm files, which my school uses for their lectures online system. Pretty sweet.
