I just finished applying to MPH/MSW programs for Fall 2019 and was wondering if anyone else is applying for this degree so I thought I'd start a thread
Undergrad School: Penn State University (graduating in May)
Undergrad GPA: 3.81(overall), 4.0 (major)
Major/Minor: Rehabilitation and Human Services, Psychology
GRE: V: 161 (88%), Q: 155 (59%), W: 4.5 (February 2018)
Experience/Research (please, be brief):
-1 semester working at a non-profit agency
-independent study research on resilience, depression and child abuse
-editorial assistant for Psychotherapy Research Journal
-psychology tutor
LOR: 1. Current employer of research journal/advisor I did research with/professor 2. Professor I TAed for 3. Professor who I had for several classes
Interests: MPH in social and behavioral sciences, want to work in mental health (applying for dual-degree MSW and MPH)
