1. Regarding prescription label - If you are dispensing a generic for a brand rx then do you have to mention both the generic and brand names or just the generic name on the label? in Alabama

2. When there is a theft of a controlled substance then , who do you report first, DEA or state board?

3.Please clarify- Is a C-2 prescription valid for 6 months in AL?
