Hi all,

I took the Texas MPJE today and it was interesting to say the least. I studied for 2 weeks and used the Ultimate Texas MPJE Guide 2018 version and read through it thoroughly three times and made notes on chapters. I had roughly 20-25% select all that apply, roughly 40% k-type questions and the rest were multiple choice. I felt as if there were a LOT of questions that I could narrow down to 2 answer choices, but some of the questions were ambiguous in what was actually being asked.

Has anyone else experienced that the content being asked wasn't difficult, but the way it was asked was quite confusing making choosing an answer more difficult? I don't feel like I failed, but being a computer adaptive test - isn't that how you're SUPPOSED to feel?

I also took the Texas MPJE yesterday. I've never practices in TX before, and just used the Ultimate Texas MPJE Guide to study.
Similarly- I felt like there were also a lot of K-type and select all that applies. I feel like there were also questions with nitty gritty details that were not addressed in details in the book we used. Fingers crossed for good news next week.

Same...Hoping for the best!

Anyone have any idea how long it takes for MPJE results to be posted for states that participate in online scoring? Same as NAPLEX or shorter?

Hi! I took my Texas MPJE on Monday 8/13 and heard back on Thursday 8/16. I've always heard that your score will post within 3 business days which I have personally found to be true (NAPLEX and 2 MPJEs).

I graduated in 2017 and am reciprocating my license to Texas from Arizona and I went to school in the Midwest. I studied for the Tx MPJE for 3.5 days using the Ultimate Guide. I honestly didn't think the exam was very hard which was very worrisome since it is adaptive. I figured that I had probably failed since I likely was missing questions that I thought were easy so I kept getting them... I passed with an 81! This experience was a huge difference to when I took my Arizona MPJE where I had to guess on just about every question and was certain that I had failed... ended up passing with an 80 lol. I guess my moral of the story is to not freak out if you don't feel like you failed the Tx MPJE.

Thanks for the input!

Hello 🙂 I was wondering how you prepared for Arizona MPJE, and what's the best test bank to use! Thank you

I studied for about a week for it after I took my NAPLEX. I was in residency and working full-time so I would study during the evenings. I didn't use any test banks but I read through the "Pharmacy Law Simplified Arizona MPJE Study Guide" and had law notes from Midwestern COP (Dr. Gurney's notes).
