Hi, I am trying to finish my Grad plus loan application and for the MPN, they are asking for two references.

Can I use one of my parents as a reference even though we have the same address right now?

Has anyone done that before?

I used my parents. Trust me... Uncle Sam is not gonna care. He's gonna give you the 100k for 6-8% interest.

At one of the schools I interviewed at, the financial aid officer said we should do that the first year and then evaluate if that's too much, we can return some of it back and next year we would know by then which amount is sufficient for our needs.
