Hello All!
I am considering doing the Masters in Forensic Medicine, I would love if anyone that has done the program or is in the process of doing the program, answer the questions below if possible. I am looking for an online masters program closely related to Forensic Pathology.
I found that there are only 3 schools that offer this program: UF, PCOM and Maryland
1) Which schools did you complete the program with or which are you currently attending?
If you completed it with UF, how was it?
-Were you awarded loans or financial aid? I am asking because online it says to "pay via credit card, electronic check, or paper check". If I understand correctly, it doesn't seem like they offer loans or financial aid. I could be wrong, if it does offer these, please let me know
If you completed it with PCOM, how was it?
-Was the in class meeting once a month beneficial?
If you completed it with Maryland, how was it?
2) After completion, were you able to find work in the field? Or did it aid in getting you into a medical program?
3) Is/Was it worth it? Would you suggest doing a different masters program?
4) Would you do anything different?
