4. Grades need to be better. Some MD schools will screen you for low GPA. Shoot for 505 Mcat to be in the hunt for DO, 510 for state MD.

First of all, if you're getting a MS in computer engineering, don't do med school. The laziest computer engineers I know at least makes around 6 figures.
Your life will be better.
otherwise,
1. Fix the GPA (Get sGPA as high as you can. AT least 3.0+)
2. Take prereq classes and get A's in all of it
3. Do volunteer/clinical
4. MCAT try 505+
5. Apply only DO. MD is far off. And apply to any and all of the DO including the new schools.
