I have MS Office 2003 Students version. Whenever I try to click on a hyperlink - in Outlook emails, Word documents or even the Help sections - I get an error message stating " This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. " I have not been able to solve this since I bought the computer a couple of years ago. I havent found anything in the help files or a book. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Odd. Maybe you have some security/antivirus program that won't let it go to a webpage from word.

Try running a repair on the install for your control panels add/remove programs

How do I do that? The problem was present from the begginning and I have changed my antivirus software twice.
