So I'm meeting with an orthopedic surgeon at a large academic institution to go over my app for ortho. SDN got any suggestions on questions I should ask so its not a waste of time for her or me?

I was planning on:
1) Going over my resume to see if there are any deficits I can fill before Sept 15 of next year.
2) Asking for suggestions on where to do away rotations.
3) ???
