[MS3] Would someone be able to review a draft of my Personal Statement for VSLO/ERAS?

I had two initial drafts that I felt had some really nice story arcs to them but my early school reviewer told me they were too long and recommended I should delete several paragraphs - so the current version does not seem as strong as I would like but at least it's shorter.

I would appreciate some feedback from this forum if anyone has the time, thanks!
