I'm desperate. Could someone please give me the msar stats for

1 - SUNY Upstate (SUNY Syracuse)
2 - Albany Medical
3 - SUNY Downstate
4 - Penn State

I mainly need the instate : outstate ratio.... but if possible also the mcat/gpa average and out of state tuition

Does the MSAR also contain average matriculant data not just average accepted? Also, does it give any percentiles, like 10th, 90th, etc?

It does not contain matriculant data. It does show the 10th-90th percentile range for the cGPA, sGPA, total MCAT score and each of its subsets.
