Medical Orthopedics: Conservative Management of Musculoskeletal Impairments (Cailliet)
It looks like it could be good.
FYI, I picked up the new Atlas of Amputations and limb deficiencies book and it's golden. Great for the Amp rotation and probably part of peds as well. You just have to pick the right chapters.
