MSPE on ERAS

Does anyone know why programs would not download the MSPE od a DO student if it is available on ERAS?

Can't anyone answe this. It seems strange that almost all programs applied to have downloaded everything from ERAS except the MSPE even though it shows that it is available.

the MSPE/dean's letter is not downloaded until November 1st.

My only guess is that since the traditional MSPE relsease date is Nov 1, they have told ERAS not to download any MSPE's until then so that they don't end up with an out-of-date copy in your file.
