I can't make my Mount Sinai payment go thorugh! I've read the threads about this already and tried everything in them. I disabled pop-up blockers, enabled cookies and javascript, I downloaded Firefox/Mozilla and tried to go through there, (again disabling pop up blockers and enabling cookies) and nothing works. I enter my info and, hit submit, and it says, "the following errors occured" without listing any errors. Anyone have any suggestions? 😕

try disabling a firewall

Did you turn down security to as low as possible?

Here is what you do:

1- Open Internet explorer
2- Go to tools in the top menu
3- Go all the way down to internet options (in the tool dropdown menu)
4- Click on the privacy tap of internet options
5- Set the seetings to accept all cookies
6- Click apply
7- Click OK

You do this and you'll be set.... it worked for me

AHHHHH! I did all those things, including downloading Firefox...still doesn't work. Maybe their site just SUCKS? Thanks for trying to help 😳

Guys I need some serious help here. I've tried everything possible, with both browsers. Error after error. I'm totally out of ideas.

I had the error message and had to disable the firewall that comes with service pack 2 (not your antivirus firewall) to get it to work. After I disabled it everyone went through just fine. If you have service pack 2 then this might be the problem.

I did everything suggested by the previous posters, including installing two new browsers, had my cousin who is an IT consultant come in and search for third party pop-up blockers, disabled firewalls, rebooted, I spent hours searching for what the problem was, went to two other computers and it just wouldn't go through.
Finally sucked it up and called them. After explaining to the MSSM lady on the phone that I had done all the things they suggested and it still wasn't working she tried doing it on her computer. I gave her my credit card info and she typed it in and it went through. She was really nice and helpful, I suggest just calling them and explaining the problem, you're not the first.

LOL, I called up and a receptionist took my information and credit card!

I work there and was talking to the secretary extensively via phone a couple weeks ago. They are having issues w/ online payments. Just email them and call them, and they will process the payment from their end of the line.

I was going to suggest using another computer 🙂

Anyway, it got done!

I don't know if anyone cares anymore, but after calling MSSM, all I had to do to get my payment to go through was to change the # to Apt. in my address. Silliness.
