is anyone here at sinai? i'll be applying next cycle, to matriculate in 2006.
I *REALLY REALLY* want to go here. I graduated from Wellesley college in 2003 with a low BCMP gpa 2.6 and overall 3.2. I've taken the MCAT twice 26p (9vr, 9ps, 8bs) the first time, 29q (8vr, 10ps, 11bs) this past august. combine best sections it's a 30. i've been taking upper bio classes at stony brook since i've graduated and ace all 6 of them (bringing gpa to 3.4 and science to 3.2). i'm also working at a lab and getting my name on some papers. (plus random ec's from undergrad).
can anyone advise me what else i should do to have a shot at sinai? do they look at best MCAT sections? do they take an upward progression in grades into consideration? do they like non-tranditional applicants?
Any advise would be wonderful!! you can pm me if you have any input.
Thanks so much!!
