What are your thoughts on MSU College of Human Medicine's new "shared discovery curriculum"??

From what I gathered during the interview presentation, and everything I looked up on the software package they use, it seems legit. Studies done on it show a significant increase in test scores...

This is an old video (a classic, really) that explains these "flipped classroom" teaching styles really well.

I found the student guide book on their website with more in depth descriptions of the curriculum, but I'm still unsure of what students think of it in practice. It would be nice if a current M1 can comment. I know M1s are already giving vaccines and such, which is cool. But I have a lot of questions too.
