Harvard MIT HST interview and curriculum tips

Good morning SDN,
I realized there isn't a lot of information regarding Harvard-MIT HST MD only program's curriculum or the interview. I wonder what the interview is like for the MD only program (from what I heard, it is very research heavy and would grill applicant's research methodology, and even asked the applicant to derive formulas). I wonder if there are any HST alum or students who can talk more about the interview and the uniqueness of the curriculum to help get ready for the interview. Thank you a lot!
