Hi, I was fortunate to be accepted into MSU w/o an interview and I am scheduling a visit. I was wondering if anyone else has done this, and if so...

-how was it?
-what is the appropriate dress? Do we still need to wear a suit?

Thanks very much!!

Congrats on getting accepted... I'm very interested in MSUCOM also and was wondering what were your MCAT and gpa? If you don't mind me asking.

not at all. there is another post somewhere with that info.

mcat 27 (10 P, 8 B, 9 V) and gpa 3.4 (sci 3.2)

Good luck to you! If you need more info later, i am planning on visiting 11/6, so i will hopefully have more input then.

Hey - Congrats on getting in. I recently was accepted too. My visit was pretty good. It was kind of a long day, but there is a lot to talk about I guess. The student tour is kind of cool because you can ask a lot about the work load from a student's perspective. You park in the "client" parking by Fee Hall, and it is free. They give you a thing to swipe to get out of the lot when you're done. Yeah I would wear a suit for sure. I wore one, and the other guy I was with wore one too. (even though they accepted you, it's probably best to still be respectful and professional) I plan on attending class in a robe and slippers though

See you guys around!

Congrats you two. Hopefully, I'll see you around Fee hall sometime. I'm an undergrad now but have been at MSU for three years and I hope the MSUCOM class of 2012. Let me know if you need to know the lay of the land (bars/clubs, pool halls, etc).
