How different is MSUCOM from MSU's MD school? I heard that at Michigan State University, they both do their preclinicals together, and the main difference is literally OMM

Any input from students who go here? It also seems like they both have similar Stats for admission

Preclinicals are no longer done together. Both programs are very similar and students rotate in similar locations. CHM is not in east Lansing though. CHM is prob slightly harder to get into but COM is a Larger program and has a larger presence in campus.

The classes are no longer together. They are very similar in terms of material learned for basic sciences and systems courses (like we even have the same professors or exact same lecture recordings at times... our coursepacks are the same as well albeit we have totally different schedules). Nonethelss the 2 programs have totally different approaches so they are for sure 2 very different schools.
