How far back did people go on listing their work experience? It says to include high school experiences (!), but I have no idea what the dates I worked at Pizza Hut were, and I would rather not list petty high school stuff like that anyway. Any thoughts?

Back to high school is fine. Also go back to highschool for your volunteering activities.

PS, they'll be impressed you were able to work at Pizza Hut and get good grades. The whole point is to see that you can function under a loaded schedule.

I'm having this same problem I can't remember the exact dates from a job when I was sixteen and I don't recall every volunteer activity I participated in in highschool. What did you guys end up doing for this?

Just estimate the dates and volunteering amount to the best of your ability. Its what I did.
