I was offered In-state tuition at OSUCOM (25k) vs Out of State at MSU (62k), have no family in either state or ties to either institution. Interested in PM&R. Thanks in advance.

Yeah this is easily OSU. Great school at a much lower tuition than you usually see.

Although MSUCOM is great, take the cheaper option.
