MTB3 2nd Edition (2012) Errata

New edition seems to have corrected some errors from previous versions but still doesn't seem rock solid.

Any online official errata yet?

Additionally, on page 380 with regards to MS-AFP, it says >2.2 MoM is considered elevated, <2.5 is considered normal. I'm assuming its the other way around.

On the same page, last triple screen is for Edwards syndrome.

Any other inputs? These errors make me not want to rely on this book fully :-/

yeah, there are many mistakes and no official errata yet. I dont like it at all. It seems to lack lots of important stuff and is not organized in a logic way.
