How important is MCAT for MUA. Is that even possible to get into MUA W/O MCATS.

Yes MUA will accept those without the MCAT

What about doing residencies in those states? Is that possible to just do residency in those states and then go on to some other states for practice.

I'm not sure because you would need some sort of temporary license to do residency in the state. Maybe someone who has gone through it would know. Actually, Cali would be out because they require a lot of paperwork and you cannot get a Cali interview without this paperwork. I do not know about the other states.
