Select a medical diagnosis that has overlap within the disciplines. Provide slides showing the value of each field for that diagnosis. Then, propose an evaluation timeline during the day that works with scheduling. Have all notes be placed in emr. You'll be good with that and everybody should be happy

Hi, i will advice you to do an in service on positioning of a patient on different surfaces. This will affect all the three disciplines you are concerned about. I assume it is mainly neuro pediatric clinic, so tone, tightness etc affects the outcomes for PT, OT as well as SLP. you can include some areas like effect of cervical positioning for breathing, for swallowing, for ability to perform dressing or self care task etc.. And what are the interventions a PT can do to assist this.
