So anyway, I have three major things I want to do before I graduate, they are as follows (in order of importance):

1) Paramedic school
2) Study abroad in Germany or the Netherlands
3) Semester research program on the coast (Bodega Marine Lab through UC Davis)

So the issue I'm having is not so much doing any of those, but timing them so I can do them and still be able to apply to medical school. When you apply, how long does it take before you start to receive secondaries, and when do you start to receive interview offers? I'm going to have paramedic school done before I go to UC Davis, and I'll have two years once I'm at Davis, but when would I do the studying abroad (or research program, although that one is expendable) so I could fit it in with applying to med school?

I recommend you speak to an advisor at your school regarding timing of those items. You'll hear some people on here discourage you from medic school, but if you want to do it, go for it.
