To all multi-taskers,

What's your secret?😀

I have so much assignments/midterms/applications for this week, but I am seriously running out of time. I need any tips on how to execute these efficiently.

Please don't say, "pull an all-nighter." I really need my sleep these days...ughh.

Buy yourself a really good day/hour planner. It becomes your life.

AND STICK TO IT!!!

Get as close to 100% efficiency as possible. If you're really that busy, then cut out SDN, Facebook, tv, eat meals and study at the same time, whatever it takes. I hear people at the library complaining to their friends how their paper is due in 5 hours and then they have pictures from the party over the weekend on their computer screen. Don't be that person.

go to the library, eat fast food, turn off ur cell phone, if u day dream slap yourself, if you have to pee go pee, dont check SDN, dont check facebook, have pre-assigned break times, dont be a bitch, switch subjects every hour, read actively, dont tell yourself you dont have enough time or else you will fail. good luck.

Delete all games from your computer. Unplug the TV. Go on vacation from Facebook and SDN.

First off, don't multitask! Trying to do two things at once means doing two things poorly. Plan out goals for each day and tackle them one at a time.

Try to work in a fixed amount of time. Then, make sure you take a break. During break, do not think of anything related to the work you were doing. Always maintain a good cycle of working and resting.

I agree! It totally helps. I don't know if it will necessarily help you out for all these assignments at the moment, but for future reference it would be a good idea to invest in one.

when I'm working on several assignments, I just try to stay focused and not worry about anything else. I like to watch tv too while I'm doing it. It works for me because I don't get too distracted. If you're easily distracted, I wouldn't suggest doing that, of course.

Usually for me, and I'm sure this goes for many others, the assignment is never something I can't do or something that's too difficult. It's always something that I would rather not do or something that I know is time consuming. the hard part is just getting it done. Just sit down and get it done. I work on several assignments at a time so that if I get frustrated with one, I can just focus my attention on another one and come back to it later. It works for me.

I have never had to pull an all-nighter and I don't understand why anyone would have to pull an all-nighter. You just need to plan accordingly and stick to it. You'll find that you'll have a much easier time getting things done and you'll save yourself time, time you can spend with friends or family or boy/girlfriends.

Thanks everyone. Oh curse the Internet... I will try to implement all these advices. I thnk I'm just not efficient.
