In high school we could take courses from a local university at our high school, dual enrollment. I had to medically withdraw from the one class I took, Spanish 5, because I was going to miss 3 weeks after having surgery and that just doesn't work well with a foreign language. Since it was a DE class, I was not eligible for a home tutor from the school like I was for the rest of my classes. The University suggested the medical withdrawal. From the information I was given at the time, it would be considered that I never took a class there but I don't have anything in writing to that effect. I don't want to have this mess up dental school applications. I don't know that I even have a transcript there, but do you include that class anyway?

I would try to order that transcript and see if anything shows up.

That is probably the best way to go. If nothing shows up for a transcript at least I can have that to show I tried to get the information. I'd hate to have this mess up my application.

I did a dual enrollment as well in high school and I reported that I took that class since technically it was at a community college and it does show up on my transcript. In order to take the class you probably had to register in their system just like any other college. It's probably the same as taking a class at university and withdrawing with a W. I would double check. Wouldn't want it to burn you for not reporting it.
